Email updates

Riley Deacon is the operator and privacy controller for this site. If you join the club, we store your email address, consent date and version, the release phase shown at signup, and campaign tags included in the link you followed. Riley Deacon collects this information for music, releases, and related artist news.

The site does not currently send marketing or automatic confirmation email. Before mailing begins, this page will publish a confirmed Riley Deacon contact address for removal requests.

Measurement

We count daily page loads, signup totals, and clicks to Apple Music and Spotify. These are aggregate counts. The public site does not use analytics cookies, advertising pixels, or visitor profiles.

Security and retention

Subscriber information is kept in private storage separate from the public website and is accessible only through a protected dashboard. Records are retained while the list is active or until removal is requested.
